Ingredients

  • 150g of baby leaf vegetables
  • 30g of walnuts
  • 2 citrus
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 45g of black olives
  • 70g of Chungyang mayo sauce
  • 100g of WEMEET fried
  • (optional) 80g of vegan feta cheese


How to cook

1. Place a sauce cup in the middle of a round plate and spread out the well-washed baby leaf vegetables.


2. Place finely chopped walnuts and black olives on top of the baby leaf vegetables as if decorating Christmas wreath.


3. Top with pomegranates and warm WEMEET fried at the end.


4. It's even better if there's feta cheese! Lastly, put the WEMEET Vegan Cheongyang mayo sauce in a sauce cup.
